Change is unavoidable but if you accept change and transition then happiness and freedom will be yours.
I am so grateful for reading this. I could not go to this morning's yoga class. There was a lot of ice on the road and I didn't want to have a problem driving or walking to the studio. He couldn't take me because he was going to the doctor.
I was feeling upset until I read that quote.
It moved my life forward.
