I am grateful to the Almighty for the peace within me. This has come because the Almighty made sure that I learned about yoga.
Peace begins with me. I will not be a coward today. I will let go of that which doesn't serve me by being silent so that someones hurtful words float above me like a cloud. I will let the words go.
I am grateful to the Almighty because I learned this. It's never too late to learn.
