GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life.

This morning there is a change.  I am going for my blood/urine work for my annual check-up. I hope and pray to the Almighty that I will be fine.  I will write more later.......................

I did go to LAB CORPS and do my bloodworm/urine analysis.  Next Wednesday, December 16th is my checkup.  I hope and pray that I will be fine.

I walked today, practiced yoga and attended a book club discussion.  Tonight is our last class at The Jewish Institute until the Fall of 2016.

Thank you Almighty for this day.
