I am grateful to the Almighty for sending me a yoga instructor named Doreen. Each day she sends an inspirational saying, quote or mini-poster.
Today I was feeling a bit down. It is hard to spend any amount of time with him as all he does is banter. It's tough not to respond but if you do that's what he wants. His aim is always to make me as miserable as he is and he has not succeeded since July 31, 2012.
Anyway today's saying was: TEN PERCENT OF LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU AND NINETY PERCENT IS HOW YOU REACT TO IT.
Immediately I felt better as I immediately decided NOT to react to anything that he says!!!
Thank you Almighty for sending me Doreen.
I am grateful.
