GRATEFUL TO LOOK INWARD

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me the ability to be introspective and to be able to look inside myself.

This is the Winter Solstice.  It's dark outside and quiet.  It's the perfect time to look inside myself and begin to see things in a new perspective.  This is what I'm doing and also evaluating.  What is it that I let go of?  What do I keep?

Last night I took a wonderful Restorative Yoga class.  Today I will walk, practice yoga, get my hair colored and cut and read.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my ability to look inward.
