GRATEFUL FOR FINDING LOVE INSIDE ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have found the capacity to love inside of me.

After all of my abusive experiences, I wasn't sure that it was there.........but it is.......it's waiting and ready to love again!  I can feel it.

I had a wonderful day with Charles yesterday.  I drove to St. James and beyond having passed the Millennium Diner and driving to Riverhead and of course I doubled back!!!!

We went to the beach and stayed there all day.  I adore the beach and yesterday there were waves in the sound because of the new moon this week.  We are sending the day together on Tuesday but this time in Plainview because he has his annual doctor checkup and he's in Huntington Station which is very close by. 

Today I'm going to walk, clean the house and I need to go to ShopRite.

I'm meeting the girls at Pasteria at 5:45 for dinner and then we will play MahJong.

I am grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to feel love again.  It's been hidden for so long.

GRATEFUL FOR NEW ADVENTURES

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the new adventures in my life.

Thank goodness that the flu like symptoms are over that I had as a result of the flu and shingles shot because I have a date with Charles today and I'm happy.  He's calling at 8:15AM to tell me what we are doing.  I know we are going to the beach and I'm so happy!!!!

Yesterday was so nutty.  I actually took a 3 hour nap and I was in such pain and now IT'S GONE!!! The pharmacist did say "flu like symptoms" and I did take two shots.

However I did start reading Lovecraft Country.  My yoga studio is opening and I'm taking a class on Friday just to begin!!!!

I am grateful to the Almighty for my wonderful new life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE SMILE ON MY FACE

 I m grateful to the Almighty for the very big smile on my face.

I am healthy. I am happy.  What more could I ask for.

Yesterday was an amazing day filled with chores and I did them all.  My hair was colored and cut. The bills were mailed.  The jewelry was cleaned.  The wine was purchased. The glasses were adjusted.  The truck was filled up.  I was able to walk until it started to rain.  I texted with Charles all day and we spoke in the evening.  I even started my new book Lovecraft Country .......a book written by Mark Ruff where there is an HBO seres that both Charles and I are watching.

Today is the Sabbath.  We are to be getting major thunderstorms all day.  I will be going to services and resting my poor little arms today.  I took both the flu and shingles shot yesterday!!!!

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life and the smile on my face.

Today I'm getting my hair colored and blown out.

I have a boyfriend!!!

I can't stop smiling and blushing.

Life is good.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

Yesterdays Driveway Dining Party at my home was a huge success!!!

I spoke to Charles and he sent me a picture of his activities with friends at Long Beach yesterday.

Today it's rainy and cloudy......a good day for chores.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the joy in my life.

UPDATE!

I was able to walk for 2 hours and 5 minutes yesterday as the sun came out.  I was able to do all of my food shopping, the post office, the cleaning store and therapy with both Judith and Kyra and pick up my medication.

I treated myself to dinner from Pasteria and spoke to Charles last night too!

I am so grateful to the Almighty for the joy in my life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me friends.

Today I am hosting a Lunch in the Driveway and as usual I am very happy.

I'm off to walk early and I'm still smiling about Charles.

GRATEFUL FOR MY NEW LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for my wonderful new life.

I am healthy. I am happy.  I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

I am stronger than I ever was before.  I say this because Hilary, like her mentor before her, is trying to satiate herself by upsetting me. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!

Yesterday, I walked, read and cleaned the entire house. I texted and spoke to Charles and we made plans for today.

I went out to dinner with my MahJong buddies and I actually won a game!!!!!!

Today I will be driving out east to meet up with Charles in Commack.

I'm very excited.........more later!!

Later................I had a wonderful time with Charles.  I drove to Commack and met him there, got ins Subaru and we drove to St. James.  He showed me his apartment and then we packed lunch and went to Long Beach where he practices yoga on the beach. (He dis take me to a beach where I couldn't get down the staircase...so we left.)  We spent the day there talking, sunning and swimming and it was beyond wonderful!!! We really like each other.  I'm seeing Charles again next Tuesday.

I came home smiling because we are so similar.......even our lives are similar.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all of this.
