GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has created a new and beautiful day and I am alive, happy and healthy and able to see it.

I am doing well on my "gain wight diet." I have gained 4 pounds.

I purchased new earrings yesterday.  I also attended my book discussion and enjoyed it.

I will practice yoga this morning and walk.  I will do some chores too.  I will practice Reiki also.

I hope to get to The Home Depot to buy chairs for our patio as wells a little table.  (Later: We did.)
