I am grateful to the Almighty because I learned about being "here" in my MINDFUL MEDIATION AND STRESS REDUCTION course and I am trying hard to be in the moment and "chase" away the past and the future.
My course ended last night but the studio is brining a class into the studio starting in January. I have purchased a meditation pillow and blanket and will use it daily.
I really enjoyed the yoga book club yesterday!!! Big fun!!!
I have ben taking my blood pressure and so far so good. I think that its the yoga and meditation.
I am grateful to the Almighty for learning about living in the "here and now" and will work on it.
