I am grateful to the Almighty because through the yogic philosophies I have begun to flesh out my own truth.
Growing up the way I did, I would constantly have to defend myself, build myself up and be safe from attack. There was no time to discover my core or my essence.
Marriage to him was much the same way.
Children were more of the same.
However now the Almighty has provided time for me to get to know who I am.
It is a wonderful time in my life.
Thank you Almighty for this.
