I am grateful to the Almighty for the changes that I see in myself.
I am no longer split down the middle creating survival strategies to be safe and grateful that I survived to fight another day.
I am one person with one life inside my home and outside of it.
Today a friend, who could never pick me up because of him, is coming to pick me up to have dinner before the Sisterhood Book Club.
We had a wonderful dinner at Pasteria filled with conversation and laughs and then a great discussion at the book club.
I am home now....happy.....healthy and calm.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
