GRATEFUL FOR EARNING ABOUT WAVES

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Leslie's class and she spoke about the waves in our lives.

Heaven knows that there have been lots of waves in my life.

Thanks to the Almighty I have survived.

I am grateful.

Today I will attend services at PJC.   I will read.  I will walk.  I will "be"  in my own home.

Tonight is the beginning of the High Holiday season with the Selichot service which I will attend peacefully, calmly and quietly.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
