I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to practice yoga yesterday and the teacher spoke about always looking up in your life.
That put into words what I try to do each day and I was grateful to hear this.
My periodontal checkup went well and I was able to complete all the errands that I set out for myself.
Today I will practice yoga and Louis will blow out my hair. Food shopping will follow.
It's a beautiful day and I will look up and appreciate it.
Thank you Almighty.
