I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life.
I am grateful that I had a wonderful checkup. Dr. Vezza was so proud of me. I too was proud of myself and so grateful to the Almighty for always standing beside me. The funny thing was that my sugar level was about the same even after all the changes which showed me that it must be genetic but yet it was still good. My cholesterol went way down!!!!!
Today I will practice yoga and walk. I will go to The Fresh Market too. The doggie's rash checkup is today. It has been a doctor week.
Tonight I will read and finish a film that we started.
I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life.
