I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Elyse's class yesterday and she used the term I AM HOME.
OMG!! How that resonated with me!!! I will come back to my home! What a wonderful thought!!!!
She also spoke about the LIFE FORCE and PRANA in each of us. It was an OMG! moment.
This morning I'm up early because there is only one yoga class at my studio today. It's the Christmas class and it starts at 9AM.
I will be picking up DD coffee to finish breakfast with and then read The NY Times, the only paper that arrived.
I hope to finish my book today after I clean the house.
I am grateful to the Almighty that I AM HOME.
