I am grateful to the Almighty because even though I was tired, I practiced yoga in Leslies Christmas Class yesterday.
She spoke of trusting yourself and suddenly a light bulb went off in my head. I was constantly criticized growing up. I was never complimented but compared to Ellen when I was married to the creature and came up short. This NEVER happened at work.
It is time to bring the two parts of me together and to learn to trust myself and believe in my decisions.
Today I'm getting my hair colored and blown out.
I'm going to take myself out for dinner.
I'm proud of me.
Thank you, Almighty, for always walking by my side.
I am grateful.
