I am grateful to the almighty for this wonderful day.
Charles and I practiced yoga in Theresa's class. She spoke of grounding your breathe in meditation something we both will remember.
What a wonderful day.....going to Bed Bath and Beyond for sales....playing Clue.....playing with Freddy.......reading the papers.....watching football. Then to top it all off Charles made dinner!!!!
I truly feel that the Almighty has given me a gift.....
Thank you Almighty.
