I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.
It is raining outside and very dark and dreary. I will walk at The Home Depot and practice yoga. I am beginning to enjoy my book. It took some time to get in to.
My diet is going well. I am adding whole grains and gaining weight.
I have an appointment at the periodontist today to check my back two teeth. I hope I don't need surgery!!!!

Thanks to the Almighty, everything went well at the checkup!!!!
I was free to leave and we went to Trader Joe's and then to Victoria's Secret. I needed bras for yoga.
Thank you Almighty for this day and this checkup.
I am grateful.
