On this Kindness Sabbath, my calendar, given to me by a synagogue friend, said to think of at least three good things in your life and thank the Almighty for them.
I realized that I have created a new life and am grateful to the Almighty for so many more than three things.
However, here goes:
l. I am grateful for my health.
2. I am grateful for making the impossible possible.
3. I am grateful for yoga.
Thank you Almighty for these three and many more.
