GRATEFUL FOR THE SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because tonight is the beginning of the Sabbath.

We will be going to the Oneg Shabbat services at my friend Rabbi Jay's synagogue this evening.  I will be going to services at PJC tomorrow.

I am grateful that both checkups are over and went well.  I am grateful that I am again gaining weight and am back to where I was.

I will practice yoga today.  I will walk.  I will do some chores.

Then the Sabbath will begin......................

I am grateful to the Almighty for all of my abundance.
