GRATEFUL FOR THE OM IN HOME

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has made me healthy and happy so that I can practice yoga.

I learn so much there.

Yesterday things were put in perspective as Elyse explained that the OM is in home.  For years I never even considered the house that I lived in to be my home.  Thanks to the Almighty I do and I had tears in my eyes when I heard this.

Today I will again practice yoga.  I hope to meditate and have Louis blow out my hair for the holiday.

I will read, relax and BE in MY HOME.
